Waste Conversion Systems (WCS) offers the Continuous Gasification Waste Conversion System for municipal, industrial and biomass waste. For mixed MSW, the single largest combustion train is 200 mt/day. It can accept unsorted, mixed waste wtih no pre-treatment. The Primary Combustion Chamber is a panelized silo system that allows over 5 seconds residence time in the hot zone with turbulent air injected by an overfire and underfire system. We can meet any emission standard from simple to complex (US EPA New Source Performance Standards).

Single source industrial or biomass. We can design-engineer the Silo up to 1200 tpd.

The Thermal Oxidation Chamber (TOC) is designed for waste that has stringent emission standards, such as medical waste. Thermal Oxidation is not active, turbulent incineration. It is gasification, using no auxiliary fuel other than for start-up. This process of waste reduction integrates slow pyrolysis and long exposure time at a moderate temperature and then provides a high temperature afterburner.
